Return policy
Cancellations
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers are entitled to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Customers only pay shipping costs (including restocking costs) at most once; consumers returning products do not pay restocking fees.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for your refund to be credited to your account. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
